One of the leading Forex Financial Brokerage Company is looking for Forex Sales Associates to be based out of Dubai offices.

New e-client acquisition,Approaching prospective as well as existing customers to offer FX liquidity,Communication with current and potential Liquidity providers (both Bank and non-Bank institutions),Ongoing client relationship management.
Understanding the electronic ecommerce offering, the price creation and risk management techniques employed and FX market structure.
Creating and executing a sales plan that will include the target customers of the Company and will utilize its strategic advantage and platforms.
Opening, establishing and managing new client dealing relationships with other FX Brokerage firms, Hedge Funds, and Asset Management Companies for FX Spot in furthering our FX business;Evaluating client performance, and proactively adjusting pricing/risk configuration to achieve maximum client value.
Working with sales teams to attract new electronic business from existing relationships.
Identifying possible operational risks in the business.
Escalating operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that he/she identifies to their line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.
