JOB DETAILS: PROJECT SITE FOREMANWe are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites.As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities:?Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans?Making & maintaining a team of Carpenter, Painter, Helpers and Other Site Workers?Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise?Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget?In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment?s and cost estimates & evaluations?Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints?Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the projectConstruction Foreman requirements:?Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works?Minimum 3 years of experience?Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment?s, tools & materials?Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task?High school/diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to AED 2500-3000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & InsuranceLanguage Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantageUAE Available candidates WHATSAPP CV to +971506948292 or Email at baitalhikmatechnicalservices@gmail.com before Week 2, Feb, 2025
