? Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.? Co-ordinating all works in hand with contractors, other departments, between workforce and superiors as well as within the group. ? Planning the activities and other works in hand to ensure tasks completed safely.? Train by example other employees and assist in the day-to-day activities of the department as required.? Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.? Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and standard engineering practices.? Prepare progress reports as required and assist in supervision of workforce.? Responsible to implement and monitor OHSAS management systems? Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.? Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head
