The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between the client?s site management and our workforce, ensuring clear communication and efficient delegation of tasks.Key Responsibilities????? Receive daily instructions from the client?s Foreman and relay clear duties to the workers under your supervision.?? Monitor on-site activities, ensuring tasks are carried out as instructed, safely and efficiently.?? Provide support and guidance to site workers, addressing any immediate issues or obstacles in their work.??? Report progress, incidents, and workforce needs to the site management team on a regular basis.Qualifications & Requirements??? Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a construction or labor-intensive environment.?? Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams on-site.??? Basic communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).? Must be able to take direction well and translate tasks effectively to workers.??
