Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Food Technologist specialized in Dairy to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and improving food products, you will work closely with other members of the team to meet customer requirements and comply with industry regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products or improve existing ones for the customers
  2. Ensure that food products meet quality and safety standards
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  4. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
  5. Implement quality control procedures to maintain consistent product quality
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food technology
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch
  8. Prepare reports and documentation on product development and testing
  9. Work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  2. Experience in food product development and recipe modification
  3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  9. Proficiency in food processing equipment and technologies
  10. Experience with sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing
