  • Implement Food Safety (HACCP) standards, conducts food safety audits, train & certify employees on Basic Food Safety trainings.
  • Maintain government standards and the restaurant brand standards
  • Conduct thorough inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas to ensure compliance with the restaurants quality and safety standards.
  • Verify adherence to sanitation and safety regulations, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and conduct food safety training programs for restaurant staff, including kitchen personnel and front-of-house employees
