Best Artisan Bakery is a new venture in the UAE market supplying baked goods to well-known branded restaurants and Hotels. BAB will be producing several premium quality Bread: Artisan & Classic Bread, Croissant and Danish pastries, Rustic and Classic Loafs and Buns. As part of this new team we are looking for a Master Baker to work closely with the R&D Manager.In this exciting new role you will be responsible for creating products, improving existing ones, assist in initiating product development ideas, issue technical directions and train Production team on new recipe and resolve any baking issues faced during production. Yow will also conduct trials for ideas generated by our sales team.We are looking for candidates with a diploma in baking or a qualification from a reputable technical or culinary school. You will also have more than 8 years experience in this area and possess 30 hours of sanitation course work and of professional development training.In addition to the technical qualifications and experience required you should have significant experience producing different types of breads and pastries in a commercial/manufacturing environment. Being able to merge high quality recipe and product ideas to become mass-produced standardized goods is essential for this role.This role provides more than just a tax free salary and benefits.
