Job Description

  • Reports to Outlet Manager (restaurant / room service / bar)
  • Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
  • To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and serviceto establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
  • To assist in planning the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
  • To assist in planning and organizing festive food promotions within the outlet manager.
  • Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always
  • respecting HACCP regulations.
  • To issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.
