Meet Individual Sales Targets in conjunction with F&B Operations and Sales &Marketing Team,? To accelerate sales of outlets through groups and events and other businessdevelopment activities for the food and beverage department.? Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various salesactivities and create awareness of the F&B outlets through face-to-face sales calls,telephone calls, entertainment, venue visits etc.? Achieve all individual Food & Beverage sales targets;? Work closely with the Operations team as the point of contact for all F&B relatedbookings and enquiries, in close coordination with the Restaurant Managers topromote special events and occasions.? Promote & increase sales of F&B outlets for groups and events effectively and handlingspecial projects.? Carry out bids and relations with Travel Agents, Government and other businesssectors to promote & generate new leads for the restaurants? Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towardscolleagues and external client? Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times to promote a goodcompany image to guests and colleagues in order to avoid internal or externalcomplaints? Provide feedback to the Operations Manager on changing market conditions, reviewdirect competition and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies.
