Position Title:?Food and Nutrition Quality SpecialistEmployment Type:?Full-TimeSalary:?up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob location:?Dubai, UAE?About the Client: The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing, and marketing of food products.?Job Role:Lead integration of the company?s food and nutrition quality processes into one integrated process. This includes HACCP system, regulatory audits, quality systems review process (QSR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), incoming ingredient inspections, product scoring, food safety audits, field complaints, standardized work instructions.Develop and execute plans to achieve/maintain all certifications at the company and to meet all corporate requirements related to food and nutrition quality programsTrain staffs and maintain all training records for critical food and nutrition quality requirementsOversee monitoring, verification, and validation activities to ensure that all products leaving the facility meet Food and Nutrition Quality standardsProvide guidance and leadership in situations where deviations have occurred, or a potential risk has been identified related to food and nutrition safety or quality attributes
