Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Business Head to lead our operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including strategic planning, business development, customer relations, and team management.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand the companys presence in the market
  3. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
  5. Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  6. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to drive business growth
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  2. Degree in Business Administration or related field
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  8. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets

  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
