Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management, food service management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in food and beverage management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and ability to anticipate customer preferences
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, midnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to train, coach, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards
  • Familiarity with local and national food safety regulations, and ability to implement these regulations effectively
  • Fluency in English is required. Multilingual candidates are preferred
