  • Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation
  • Maintain restaurant?s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
