Job Purpose:Themain purpose of this position is to supporton enhancing One Central operational performance by end-to-end managing maintenance,projects delivery, monitoring capital & operational expenditure, analysingasset and operation s demands, and reporting areas of improvements.Duties & Responsibilities:Operations Management:? Work to improve 'control and governance' of the operations and performance management of various contractual parties? Propose measures to enhance the utilities performance of the buildings.? Single point of contact for FM function at One Central? Review and propose enhancement measures on the strategic plan for the day to day operation? Review the training plans of the FM staff? Propose sustainability improvement measures.? Review and enhance the energy management plans? Review and enhance the SLAs / KPIs if necessary? Close coordination with Traffic, Security & Emergency medical Services Team of DWTC for smooth operations? Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation? Review & Approval of Annual Maintenance plans as per the standards? Accountability for Enhancing customer experience? Plays a lead role for Operational Excellence for One Central facilityProject Management:? Responsible for the related cost budgets (Operational Costs of One Central)? Introduce and apply rewards and penalties associated with the Performance Management System? Supervise small projects? Report to Management on project status, project management & Capex utilizationProvide evaluations and reporting for use in decision making on contractor compliance, performance and quality.Team Management:? Manage the transition (in year 2020) fromexternal FM management to in-house management? Monitor and manage the FM Agent (interimperiod) and other FM contractor s performance in line with the Contractualperformance indicators set and agreed as per the contract and agreed SLAs/KPIs.Management of Work Permits in DWTC:? Reviewthe fit out and renovation permits and propose enhancement measures.Formal Education:? Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Preferred Civil & MEP (Masters is advantage)? FMP / CFM Certificates.Work Experience:? Minimum 5 to 6 yearsexperience in Facilities Management or Engineering Management.Skills and Knowledge:? CAFM / EAM Application? BMS? Bim? Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Presentation)Training:? FM Systems, H&Sand Quality Assurance
