Position Title: FLOOR MANAGER / INDOOR SALESEmployment Type:˙˙˙˙˙Full TimeSalary:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙up to 8K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commissionJob Location:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A sophisticated aesthetics clinic based in Dubai using top-of-the-line care and technology

  • Upsell and cross-sell services to walk-in patients, explaining treatments and products to clients and driving loyalty programs.
  • Act as an in-charge manager in maintaining cleanliness of front desk and common areas, as well as in handling client requests and complaints.
  • Assist clients with queries, bookings, and services that the clinic is offering while ensuring knowledge of daily clinic operations, protocols, and changes.
  • Manage schedules, bookings, and number of treatments and/or any special client requirement during start and end of shift.
  • Handle client data and upload in internal track system while maintaining confidentiality, update daily reports and glitch reports to management, and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
