Job Description :Monitor driver behaviours and ensure a high level of service level.Bridge between Kitchen and Drivers to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on timely mannerEnsure delivery process are diligently followedMaintaining the complaint logs for late deliveries and other delivery issues on daily basis.Requirements :Should have at least 2 years experience in managing or supervising fleet of more than 50.Experience with On Demand Fleet/platform.Must speak English and Hindi.Must have experience in DMS (Delivery Management System)Good verbal and written communication skills in English, presentable and knowledge in MS Office.Should be located in UAEInterested candidate can apply with your updated resume
