Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at ZENOS, a leading home design and fit-out renovation company. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the home design and renovation sector. This role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end execution of residential renovation projects, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative designs with precise construction methodologies.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and efficiency.
  3. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. Allocate resources effectively, optimizing productivity and minimizing project risks.
  4. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  5. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold design standards and ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure all projects comply with legal requirements and safety regulations.
  7. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies for risk mitigation. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, maintaining project momentum.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Generate detailed project reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference.
