Fit-Out Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:•Supervise and oversee all fit-out works on site, including interior works, finishes, and coordination•Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules•Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and material suppliers•Monitor site activities to maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and progress milestones•Prepare daily and weekly site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates•Identify and resolve on-site technical issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline•At least 2 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE•Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and site execution processes•Ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, layouts, and BOQs•Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills•Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
