Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitout Manager to join our team. As a Fitout Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of fitout projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
