Job Description

Position Title: Fit-out EstimatorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: as per UAE law (visa, medical, annual leave),Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

  • Analyze tender documents and collaborate with departments to gather necessary project details.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, prepare RFIs, and attend pre- and post-tender clarification meetings.
  • Request quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, review pricing, and prepare cost comparison sheets.
  • Develop cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and final pricing, including value engineering (VE) options for client proposals.
