Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection Engineering Team Leader to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of fire protection engineers and overseeing the design and implementation of fire protection systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure the successful completion of projects.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of fire protection engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  2. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective fire protection strategies.
  3. Design and review fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and smoke control systems.
  4. Ensure compliance with local fire codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and calculations for fire protection systems.
  6. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate fire protection systems into overall project designs.
  7. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing fire protection systems and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and clients.
  9. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in fire protection engineering.
  10. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
