Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Fighting Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire fighting industry, with a strong background in sales and project management. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fire fighting market in Dubai and the surrounding region.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire fighting industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  5. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
  6. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  9. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire fighting industry, with a focus on sales and project management.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  8. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
