Primarily site-based role and will be responsible for delivery, ensuring the proper, timely coordination of all works in a given section / area with regards to information, program and materials.Duties and Responsibilities?Understanding & Compliance with Method Statements and risk assessments?Understanding & compliance with general site safety standards and rules including communication to the team.? Manage housekeeping and waste management for your area.?Aware of the overall and immediate milestones associated with their works.?Develop and maintain a monthly program that is updated on a weekly basis and in compliance with the overall Project Schedule?Constantly challenge the program and introduce mitigation measures and improvements?Clear understanding of the Matrix of Responsibilities and ensures that SC perform their own duties.?Excellent Quality of all works and areas?Complete all works ready for snagging and carry out any necessary de-snagging.?Responsible for the coordination of all works in a given section of the project. The Engineer will be responsible for the delivery / completion of their area with regards to program, quality & safety and will deal with the senior supervisory team from the respective subcontractors in order to achieve this.?Responsible to plan ahead and ensure all the required access & information is made available timeously to ensure the efficient execution of the works.
