This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive financial performance in a dynamic environment.The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will lead the finance team, manage budgets, and ensure the company’s financial health is maintained through effective financial controls and practices.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, Internal Controls & Compliance, Team Leadership, Strategic Financial Support.Skills & Qualifications:Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Excel (Advanced).Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Experience in Sports Industry is a plus.
