Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented female to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting who is looking to kickstart their career in the financial industry.As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Principal Accountabilities

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  2. Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends and patterns.
  3. Prepare financial models and conduct financial forecasting and planning.
  4. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and potential risks.
  6. Perform cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and optimization.
  7. Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits.
  8. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
