Job Description

JOB PURPOSEThe Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting on a range of accounting duties relating to the Rapid Access business including budgeting -forecasting, inventory analysis and valuation, monthly -quarterly and yearly closing, management accounts and Reports creation and management.The role holder will have strong, advanced MS Excel skills (specifically on Power Queries and Power Pivots), MS PowerPoint and strong analytical skills. The role holder will also have a broad accounting experience including handling analysis of cost of goods sold, budgeting, forecasting , creation and maintenance of Group reports like management accounts, budget templates, and others.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and participate in completion of monthly and year end journal entries
  • CAPEX ? Fleet Assets Purchase Records- Ensuring all records are maintained with relation to CAPEX Purchase, LPO?s, Invoices etc are maintained. Updating the Tracker as an when purchases are made and payments are done
  • Refurbishment Costs Capitalization- Maintaining the Refurbishment Capitalization costs records and doing the monthly entries
  • Maintaining and updating the Refurbishment costs and preparing the monthly accounting entries and passing them
  • Financial control on PO?s related to Platform Running Costs
  • Stock valuation and analysis
  • Budgets- compiling data for detailed costs and P&L, preparing reports and reporting
  • Forecast- compiling data for detailed costs and PNL, preparing reports and reporting
  • Management Accounts- Creation and Maintenance
  • Ad hoc Reports and Schedules
  • Participate in external and internal audits samples and requirements preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of all schedules and entries related to year end closing
  • Preparation of Group budget templates files
