Job Purpose:????The Financial Analyst will be in the role of providing support to Senior Financial Controller.?The Financial Analyst is expected to provide excellent support in terms of Monthly Review & MIS, Management Dash Board reporting, Budgeting and forecasting exercise, Divisional performance analysis, productivity analysis, Business Review Meeting presentations etc.????This role demands exposure to highly sensitive & confidential information of the organization and involvement with superior contacts requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.????Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:?????Provide effective and timely Management Reports - financial and operational reports and dashboards to Business operations that enable Automotive companies to manage their operations, including analysis of key financials, balance sheet and working capital.????Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities????Coordinate with the executive team on long-term financial planning????Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement????Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)????Review accounting transactions for data accuracy????Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions????Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
