The role will look after Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budget analysis and other tasks.?Below are some of the key responsibilities of the role????Helps the business evaluate their strategies and proposed new business plans and to help business prepare feasibility reports.?????Prepare monthly management reports and the Board Pack.?????Reviews incentives for employees????Prepare management reports & variance analysis to dissect the business.?????Help business prepare their budget, quarterly updates and five year plans.????Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that the controls are in place. Highlight control weakness and ensure mitigating risks are in place.
