This role requires you to be the CEO of your own space and define where you take the role. You will work with the CFO to shape and define your role and objectives, but ultimately its yours to deliver and if you see opportunity elsewhere to add value, to go after it.Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Transformation Lead will be the face of Finance to the internal teams. You will build incredible relationships across the organisation and leverage those relationships to drive growth and operational excellence, and to streamline and enhance the finance processes. The Finance Transformation Lead is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle finance support to leaders and members within the organization.We are seeking a resilient and versatile leader who enjoys making an impact on people and processes, and can influence others.Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• The Point of Contact between Finance and the business
• Partner with leaders and managers across the business to build and implement processes tailored to the Finance teams needs. Identify process improvement opportunities to create streamlined finance processes and to create ways for the business to self-serve.
• You will work closely with the VP Operations and the HR Business Partnering team
• Directly support the CFO in cross team engagement and help to lead delivery of key initiatives
• Identify opportunities with the FC to improve our ways of working, to enhance our output which impacts our external and internal stakeholders.
• Use data to support your decisions and influence people
• Work closely with the FP&A team to help facilitate and drive forecasting and planning processes
• Anticipate the implications of business strategies and initiatives and advise and influence the leadership team accordingly
• Continuously driving alignment and collaboration within Finance and the wider organisation
• Team building: Help establish tight-knit relationships in a hybrid working environment, and contribute to building a highly collaborative team culture, by sharing best practices with other team members, contributing to others? projects as needed, and helping us achieve our collective team goals

• Over 5 years of experience post qualification experience
• Qualified accountant from a recognised professional body
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner / Finance Operations / Finance Transformation professional
• Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-change environment; preferably SaaS and/or high-tech industry
• A self-starter who is proactive, hungry, and able to lead their own projects
• A critical thinker who can break complex problems into their simplest components
• An excellent communicator with infectious energy, and a flare for motivating others
• Assertive & decisive when it comes to taking decisions and can influence an audience of wide variety
• Strong project management skills? prioritizing, defining, rolling out and creating buy in
• Commercial Awareness ? ability to understand how businesses are run, as well as budgeting, commercial goal setting and overall industry understanding
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
• Loves process and creating scalable automated solutions

• Previous experience in working with teams across Indian subcontinent, Middle East & Africa
• Experience in working with people in a hybrid setting
• Previous experience working with Salesforce
• Coding ability, or an interest in data
