Job Description

JOB DETAILS:The Finance Reconciliation Supervisor is responsible to provide claims receivables and outstanding statistical reports from Payers and Medical Providers periodically and the incumbent works closely with insurance companies to ensure claims payments are settled in a timely manner while maintaining smooth relationship.The Finance Reconciliation Supervisor has additional responsibility to alert and update the insurance companies about the medical providers? outstanding payments on a regular basis by reporting the Claims Receivables Aging.?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain the relationship with the medical facilities (Hospitals, Clinics, and Pharmacies) and the insurance companies (Payers).
  • Provide monthly statistical claims receivables reports from Payers followed by weekly updates.
  • Provide monthly statistical claims outstanding reports Providers wise followed by weekly updates.
  • Closely works with insurance companies to ensure smooth relationship and claims payments are settled in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile medical provider data and generate reports to understand the financial position of individual medical facilities as well as the amount and nature of rejected claims.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the claims receivables cycle from Payers and medical facilities.
  • Handle sensitive information appropriately.
