Job Description

A leading Investment Banking company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join their team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 year of experience in finance operations and will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the agency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Salary - upto AED 20,000/-Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
  2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  3. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  5. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and reporting
  6. Manage cash flow and liquidity, including banking relationships and credit facilities
  7. Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  8. Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry
  3. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills
  9. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  10. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
