Job Description

As the Finance & Operations Director, you will oversee the fund finance and operations as the business continues to grow and launch a new fund. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implementation of procedures for internal controls, finance, HR, and admin functions
  • Managing capital calls and quarterly investor reports
  • Support in the closing of transactions and onboarding of new companies
  • Managing external service providers, including fund administrators and ensuring proper pricing and quality of service
  • Active involvement in fundraising including legal, LP KYC and negotiation of documents
  • Capital allocation modelling and fund deployment monitoring
