Job Description

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company. They will handle financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company
  2. Process invoices
  3. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  4. Update internal systems with financial data.
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  6. Reconcile bank statements.
  7. Participate in financial audits.
  8. Track bank deposits and payments
  9. Assist with budget preparation.
  10. Review and implement financial policies
  11. Prepare and analyze financial statements
  12. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  13. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  14. Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  15. Perform financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  16. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies
  17. Provide financial advice and support to management
  18. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  19. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting in UAE
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  4. Proficiency in ERP/financial software preferably ODOO and MS Office
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
