Description:The finance officer shall ensure that the Firms accounts are in order, calculate the requiredprudential requirements, and it complies with all financial reporting requirements of theregulator.Roles & Responsibilities:? Implement accounting methodologies and maintenance of accounts.? Prepare financial control/ budgeting & reporting.? Assist in submission of quarterly and annual financial reports as per FSRA guidelines.? Maintain statement of capital adequacy for internal and FSRA reporting purposes.? Works with external audit to ensure up to date and correct accounts are prepared.? Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annualbasis.? Works with the rest of the management team on the Budget and Forecasts.? Ensure adherence to financial laws and FSRA guidelines.? Calculation and monitoring of capital and Liquidity adequacy.? Quarterly and annual preparation of PIB reports.? Support to the SEO/RO on the annual Scenario Stress Test to be submitted.Special consideration given to candidates previously or currently approved by FSRA for Recognised Function.
