Job Description

The CompanyA specialist international engineering business servicing the Oil & Gas industry have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager, Caspian to join their Dubai based office.The RoleAs the Finance Manager, Caspian you will work closely with the senior leadership team and manage a team responsible for all accounting operations, including the; General Ledger, Billing, AP/AR, Cost and Inventory accounting and Revenue Recognition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and researching any technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Managing the regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Designing and implementing internal control processes for both finance and non-finance business processes and communicating areas of weakness, including SOX process documentation
  • Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting
  • Making key contributions to the optimization of business systems to help drive business performance
