Thats why our mission is to simplify the home buying process and make it an actual enjoyable moment for everyone.This position is responsible to perform all finance related activities in the Real estate business unit such as General Ledger management, commission collection, handling petty cash, supporting Head of Business Unit (Budgeting & MIS), other business unit staff and HQ finance for any finance related matters and other tasks assigned by HQ financeUAE Real Estate Accounting experience REQUIREDResponsibilities

  • Responsible for collections across developers and agencies
  • Setup initiatives across all lines of spends and build trackers and tools to monitor and control spends vs budget allocated
  • Ensure company accounts are reconciled and highlight to the respective departments for any unreconciled transaction for further action
  • Manage petty cash as per policy to meet business requirements
  • Manage month end closing activities accurately and on a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly MIS report and review Head of Sales
  • Circulate and present monthly MIS to Principal for decision making
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and review with Head of Sales
  • Ensure P&L and balance sheet accounts are accurate by clearing all unreconciled balances
  • Prepare budget and forecast in coordination with school and HQ finance team
  • Responsible to meet ad-hoc reporting requirements from internal departments
  • Initiate process improvement wherever possible to achieve school finance excellence
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting
Minimum Experience
  • 2+ years experience in finance function preferably with developers or real estate agencies
