Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Finance Manager for their client in Dubai which is a reputed hospital.We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / CPA / CMA / equivalent qualifications) with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in a multispecialty hospital.The candidate must preferably have experience in UAE.Additional experience in KSA or the GCC will within a hospital setting will be an advantage too. You will be responsible for running the day to day finance and accounts, preparation of monthly reports, cash flow, final account and budgets of a 100 bed hospital.Monitoring all capital expenditure,setting standards to improve and maintain efficiencies in the procurement process,assit in the company expansion into the EMEA region,liaising with banks for project financing and dealing with auditors and insurance companies.Candidates without hospital work experience would not qualiy for this vacancy.Finance Managers with experience in a brownfield hospital project in UAE would have an advantage.Salary : Upto Aed 30,000 per month plus benefits.
