Job Description

Finance Manager - Corporate | Al Futtaim Automotive | FAMCOOverview of the role:The incumbent will be responsible for providing financial modelling / working capital management / capital structure / financial analytics / commercial reviews / Information support to the Non-Passenger Car brands finance teams, to contribute to performance reviews / cashflows management / operational decision making, and improvement plans in meeting the company profitability & financial objectives.ÿWhat you will do:

  • Developing financial models for the accurate business and financial planning and forecasts for existing non-Passenger car brands and any new operations
  • Support to BUs for developing the financial and business plans and strategiesÿ
  • Support in the preparation of annual plans and periodical reviews
  • Support in ensuring the right capital structure for all the non-passenger car brands
  • Balance sheet debt : equity structure streamlining across all the non-passenger car brands
  • Ensuring all BUs cashflows are in line with underlying business plans and reflect correct commercial assumptions
  • Support BU teams to develop the approval notes and working papers in line with stakeholders? expectations
  • Close alignment with Group Treasury and Group Finance to implement the best COE practices and policies across all the brands
  • Review and advise the management in all aspects of working capital planning by analysing historical data and validating underlying assumptions.
  • Ensure all the stock ordering DOAs and processes are in place and working in right balance
  • Review and Monitor BU level overdue and follow-up with the Credit COE team for corrective actions.
  • Provide analytical support in evaluating BUs pricing strategies, specific focus on FX risk.
  • Support review of procurement process / analysis and control.ÿ
  • To support and advise in capex and project evaluation and prepare feasibility reports.
  • Assist rents and leasing division directly with all aspects of accounting / financial analysis and policy development
  • Preparation of monthly management reports and presentation for management board.
  • Reporting and analysis for brand including a strong KPI focus.
  • Support BUFMs/Financial Controllers in divisional performance reviews and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and support Central Share Services and COEs teams in GL review and accounting related issues
  • Design and present the finance operational & structural transformation/Integration initiatives for all overseas & non-passenger cars entities.
  • Deliver through overseas finance teams and help them implement the divisional finance transformation initiatives.
  • Advice and support Shared Services team and business units in system and process development for new initiatives and existing process improvements. Become a SAP super user and a key project member in the proposed implementation of SAP BW
