We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team.This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the company.The Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, assessingrisks, and providing actionable insights. The Finance Manager is expected to createinitiatives and improve the finance department setup to enhance operational efficiency.The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Information Technology industry, ServiceBased Costing, and possess advanced IT skills.Key Responsibilities:Accounts and Financial Close* Work on activating the centralization of the companys accounts within a unified ERPsystem, accommodating different geographies and their respective legalrequirements.* Ensure the legality and compliance of all financial accounts.Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)* Monitor and follow up on quarterly reports to ensure their accuracy andachievement of targets.* Study the risks associated with new projects and determine their feasibility.* Develop and maintain a budget plan for one year and three years ahead.* Monitor deviations from the budget, make necessary adjustments, and warn ofpotential risks and consequences of such deviations.* Address and manage expenses that exceed certain limits.Finance Operations* Ensure that the budget applies effectively to all branches.* Alert management to potential risks related to borrowing decisions, investments inother companies, or the opening of new branches.* Identify and alert management to potential risks in various scenarios, such asresolving financial required issues for tenders, participating in large projects, andoperating in countries without a company presence.* Provide suggestions to reduce expenses.Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management* Stay updated on new laws and regulations affecting the companys various branches,ensuring compliance.
