Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known FMCG company seeking a Finance Manager to work at their Dubai office. We ideally are looking for candidates with experience as Finance Manager within the FMCG-Beverage industry in a multinational corporation.As the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:* Budget and quarterly Latest Estimate (LE) management* Sales analysis vs budgeted; financial support analysis and business partnering* Implement financial guidelines and processes* Maintain financial systems and reporting (e.g. trading results, brand performance, channel performance)* Collaborate with key internal teams and stakeholders* Recommend improvements to avoid business risks and maximize opportunities* Team managementDesirable skills and background:* MBA, with minimum 10 years as Finance Manager in FMCG industry (Beverage highly preferred)* At least 6 years experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance* Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; Prisma tool* Able to manage a team (5-7 members)* Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills* Open to occasional travelThe BenefitsSalary package offered is AED 30,000 - 35,000 including all the allowances on a single status.Please apply only if you have the relevant experience.
