Finance ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRoles and Responsibilities :•Oversee and manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.•Ensure timely and accurate preparation of VAT filings and compliance with UAE tax laws.•Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.•Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.•Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.•Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to improve financial operations and reduce risk.•Support strategic business decisions by providing financial insights and recommendations.•Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.•Liaise with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is a plus).•Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA is preferred.•Minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the UAE.•Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance requirements.•Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.•Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.•Fluent in English.
