Finance ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Requirements:•Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management•Maintaining value chain offline calculation tools and updating pricing assumptions on need basis•Comparing Price Lists and Order Forms to highlight and root cause gaps before price communication to the distributors•Facilitation and confirmation of client registrations•Precise dissemination of key information to clients•Handling of required vendor/supplier registrations•Support Financial analysis in tracking and reporting discipline of Budget review meetings within the commercial teams•Summarize budget review outputs from commercial teams including drivers of overspend and underspend vs. approved budget•Carry out analysis on ROI effectiveness of trade spend and consumer spend activities•Create Internal order accounting numbers for proper reporting of budget actuals•Track internal-audit action plans and report status to Finance Mana•4-5 years of experience in the field of Finance Manager in the UAE.•Experience in defining, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures.•Strong skills in Advanced Excel.•Excellent knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices.•Strong decision-making skills.•Experienced in handling WPS payments independently•Experience in end to end payroll processingSalary : AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
