Finance ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Lead the finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.•Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.•Monitor cash flow, implement cost control measures, and oversee project financials specifically related to contracting operations.•Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.•Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS.•Manage external audits and ensure adherence to all UAE regulatory requirements, including compliance with tax laws and labor laws.•Manage banking relationships and ensure effective treasury management.•Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.Requirements :•Professional qualification: CA / CPA / CMA (mandatory).•Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the contracting or construction sector in the UAE.•Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.•Expertise in IFRS, compliance, and internal controls.•Proven ability to lead financial strategy development and implementation.•Experience managing banking relationships and overseeing audits.•Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.•Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to finance and accounting.
