Smart Global is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Finance Manager / Account Manager / CFO to oversee all aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and day-to-day financial management.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with UAE standardsLead budgeting and forecasting processes across departmentsEnsure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and audit requirementsManage cash flow, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial controlsOversee vendor payments, receivables, and general ledgerImplement and monitor accounting systems and internal controlsLiaise with auditors, government entities, and senior leadershipProvide strategic financial guidance to support business growthPreferred Qualifications:Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMAIn-depth knowledge of UAE accounting standards and financial systemsStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsPrior experience in service-based or manpower businesses is a plus Company Profile Smart Global Domestic Workers Services providing services under the direction of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
