Finance ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Requirements:•Chartered Accountant [CA]•8-10 years’ of UAE experience in finance operations and reporting•8-10 years of UAE experience working preferably in a Trading company.•Should have experience managing a team of finance and accounts professionals.•Experience in local UAE laws (VAT, Corporate Laws), financial and taxation policies, handling tax planning, local tax declaration and submitting audit reports to authorities.•Financial Analysis•Treasury and cash flow management•Budgetary Controls, Internal controls and risk mitigation•Internal Audit and Compliance.•Must have experience in prepare and managing the Capex budget, ensuring adherence to Capex policy and procedure.•Must have experience dealing with multiple stakeholders from services providers, clients, bankers, business partners on company matters.•Experience in providing strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management and project teams, supporting decision-making and business planning processes•Excellent working knowledge of MS package, ERP systems, SAP•Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
