Position Title:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Finance ManagerEmployment Type:˙˙Full-timeSalary:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefitsJob Location:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:˙A reputable manufacturer in UAE specializing in home security and door systems˙?Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to each sector (production, service, retail) to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.?Analyze and present the annual operating budget including standard product cost development, budgeted variances, cost center budgeting, headcount requirements, volume analysis and raw material pricing analysis, costs related to procurement of new equipment.?Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights, guidance, and support in decision-making processes, including investment opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.?Monitor and assess financial performance metrics, identify and implement areas for improvement or corrective measures where necessary, and prepare feasibility studies for expansion projects across the Middle East.?Manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk management strategies across different sectors to ensure financial stability.
