Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and analyzing financial activities, including accounting, controlling, and treasury. Candidates with financial audit experience in a Big 4 firm are highly encouraged to apply.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br />- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, while recommending appropriate courses of action.<br />- Advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.<br />- Maintain the financial health of the organization.<br />- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare the companys performance to business plans.<br />- Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.<br />- Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.<br />- Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and establish a framework for their achievement.<br />- Manage the preparation of the companys budget.<br />- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.<br />- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and align on future paths.<br /><br />Requirements- 5 to 10 years experience in a Big 4 audit firm mandatory<br />- Prior experience as a Financial Manager<br />- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics<br />- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus<br /><br />Benefits<br />- Competitive salary + Benefits.<br /><br /><br />Relocation Support:<br />Relocation support will be provided to candidates from India with Big 4 experience who are selected for this role.
