  • Overlook and monitor subsidiaries? transactions, prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure accurate record keeping for a prompt review on yearly audit.
  • Supervision of all accounting, financial operations and activities which include the preparation of accounting entries, bookkeeping, and maintaining of accounting records necessary to produce the monthly financial statements and review all outstanding invoices, financial documents, before sending to the Management for approval
  • Develop and monitor the accounting system and ensure the application of International Accounting Standards.
  • Review/ratify and recommend the approval of all financial and accountings reports.
  • Review and approve monthly bank reconciliation and ensure that all pending items are cleared in due time while ensuring the existence of fixed assets register and that physical verification of these assets are done regularly and that it is properly maintained and updated when necessary.
  • Improve and develop both financial and accounting systems as to accommodate any future expansions or developments.
