As a Finance Manager, you will be based in Maritime / Shipping business function supporting the executive team here in JLT, Dubai. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure the most effective management and control over strategic and operations partners, including contracts, control. You will be responsible for the financial health of the organization and ?is required to manage all administrative and financial functions.RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES? Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports? Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to be taken.? Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company?s actual performance compared to the business plans.? Financial planning and forecasting? Prepare and analyze monthly management reports? Adapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track on deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measures? Researching and covering factors affecting business execution and giving administration data? Developing detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgets? Cash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts? Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them? Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies.? Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.? Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.? Developing strong relationships with business partner
