- We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every dayfinancial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to uppermanagement on future financial plans in order to enable them to make soundbusiness decision and meet the company?s objectives.- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the managementwhile recommending further courses of action.- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company shouldtake.- Maintain the financial health of the organization.- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company?sactual performance compared to the business plans.- Develop trends and projections for the firm?s finances.- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, anddesign a framework for these to be met.- Manage the preparation of the company?s budget.- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances ismaintained.- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans andagreeing on future paths to be taken.- Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presentingthe results of analyses to management.- The finance manager should manage funds in such a manner as to maximizereturn on investment while minimizing risk, and while also ensuring that anadequate control structure is in place over the transfer and investment of funds.- Further, the Finance Manager engages in financial analysis in such areas asforecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewingoperational performance.
